TSR not working on 2025 CX-5 Turbo Signature (no nav card)

I got a new 2025 CX-5 Turbo Signature. I have noticed that the TSR is not working (never worked since I got the car). I don’t even see the setting to enable/disable it and I have explored all menu options in the console. Based on what I read in the manual, TSR displays the signs based on what Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) detect “or” what it gets from the navigation system.

The vehicle didn’t come with a navigation SD card- maybe it’s not a standard in 2025.

Is a navigation card still required for TSC to work? I think ideally it should still display whatever traffic signs are detected by FSC. Any 2025 owners please confirm.

"The TSR helps prevent the driver from overlooking traffic signs, and provides support for safer driving by displaying traffic signs on the active driving display which are recognized by the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) or recorded in the navigation system while the vehicle is driven."

I know that with the CX-50, you have to have a NAV card to enable TSR. I assume the same is true for the CX-5.

Yes, the card is required for that. Mine started working when I installed one from Amazon.

2025 Signature comes with Navi.
If they havent switched to online navi by now for the 2025 model, the dealer forgot to give you the sdcard and activate it for your vin. Ask them.

it is on the window sticker...they are a small chip and you might look in your center console..my buddy bought a turbo CX50 and did not realize it came with a chip and I told him it did and he said no one at the dealership mentioned it. I looked in his center console and it was in a small zip lock bag.

No need to prove anything. Just ask the sales person who sold you the car.
Can you also look in the glove box or the console?

otherwise Its on the monroney sticker (if in US) as Jadmt mentioned above.

The sticker should be given to you as customer. If not its another miss by the dealer.

Go look at any other car on another Signature model at the lot if you dont have the car sticker.
