Troubleshooting section

why not have a troubleshooting section? a lot of people have problems that really have nothing to do with any of the categories, and it would be nice to have an area that people can check looking specifically to help other members out.

also, can we PLEASE get the damn computer/electronics section up? i know this would be really beneficial..i know there is a SHITLOAD of threads out there...

hrm, troubleshooting section would be great...for questions like the on I had about my boost guage...which Mazda royally ****** up when I took it back to get the vaccum hose replaced...oh well, now I get a new Autometer C2 boost/vac guage courtesy my dealer...heh

yes like i saw someone with problems with a heater...thats not performance etc. i like the idea of having a whole section where veteran people can go in looking just to help out...

Make this a sub-forum right next to the how-to. There are electricians and mechanics on here that would be happy to lend some troubleshooting knowledge. Plus, fixing problems with your car is one of the easiest ways to learn more about your car. Free bump.

Not a sub-section of how-to, a sub-section that's by the how-to subforum. I would use it. I'm an electrician mainly, and I'm pretty mechanically inclined but I'm by no means a mechanic. I could use a little help sometimes, and I'm sure others could too.

I have a cool idea for this: people with digital cameras can take pics and write instructions on how to fix their particular problem after recieving help as a way of showing their gratitude to the community. It'd be a how-to haven for repair.
