come on guys, put some strength into it, both my back wheels were seized and after alot of really tiring pulling, the wheel all of a sudden un-seized and shot me backwards 
Tried to put on winter steelies but my rims are seized!!!!

Spray WD-40 around the wheel hub and the rotor part, leave it for 10 minutes, then try again.

Let me reiterate: my a$$! The rubber mallet must've been the size of a Gallager hammer.
I was tugging on the wheels until my car was shimmying on the jack. I wasn't about to get hurt or damage my car over rotating my wheels. Schaumburg Mazda didn't scratch my wheels. I'm still pist that I had to pay $50 for nothing due to a factory design flaw.
You might want to try a piece of wood the size of a fence post and hit the back of the wheel like I tried. Remember to leave one bolt on so the wheel doesn't go flying.
