Transmission Alternatives Other Than Stock?

Is there a replacement or better alternative Transmission than stock? I've got a spare motor that I would like to put a transmission to and wondering if there is a better choice than the stock MSP unit?

I have been out of the loop for a while but there was no alternative back then and still isn't. But maybe look into a better LSD and getting the gears strengthened(cyro treated).

i think i remember MPNick saying something about an end-all for transmissions. search for it, the thread should be around somewhere unless i imagined it. can someone confirm this?

yeah,it's the "gear sets" from focus.all anyone could ask for.exept price

it's just not many people are going to put more into the car,then they paid for the car.

but there are a few.(me)
