tranny and diff fluid same fill hole?

I want to go with redline mt-90 or whatever they recomend, stupid question, I know! Does the tranny and diff share the same oil? So to change it all I do is remove plug from rear of tranny and fill from above? Would this change both fluids, or is there another drain and fill plug on the diff?

You got it, both are in the same oil.
