Traded the MSP for SRT-4

I just think this guy is a flamer. Why do you join and post to say that you traded your MSP for a Neon? I would be proud to say that I traded my P5 for an RX8 or an STi, but a Neon? Thats like saying you dumped Eva Mendez to be with Rosie O Donell.

are you joking? whats wrong with you man. for all you know, in his eyes he just dumped rosie to be with eva. i think comments like that should be withheld. especially when he said he needed the lower payments. (pow)

i dont see anything wrong with what he posted. not at all. i dont hate the srt-4 at all. if anything, thats the car i woulda chosen after the MSP. and i honestly dont believe most people would have posted what you did, even if they agree with what you said. thats what i was trying to get at.

anyways, congrats on the car and i hope you enjoy it.

Congrats! Who cars what others say. I used to own an srt. I loved the car. Its a freakin beast. And you'd be surprised at the handling with minor suspension mods. I mean common, 86g stock isnt too bad. Let the modding began.

Yep, the suspension is an easy upgrade.

stock is .86 vs .88, not exactly a great variance to begin with.

Those manual rear windows kinda bug me though.

I've been considering trading in my MSP for the past month or so. The SRT4 is definately the car I'd buy. I'd say its the best bang for the buck out there and can be made into a freakin monster!
I'm not trading her in after all though. Only $11k more to go till its paid off.

Hope you got an 04 or newer. I'm pretty sure the 03's did not have LSD. My buddy an 03 that is boosting 18 psi and he has trouble keeping up with me, lol. I've owned 2 Dodges and personally I'll never buy another, but to each his own. Have fun with the new car.

Funny thing one of the personal trainers at my gym saw me in my MSP and told he was thinking about trading his SRT4 for an MSP
I was kind of suprised but he said he wanted the handling without having to mod it. I asked him about the power and he didn't seem to care.
Strange world we live people switching cars all the time (drinks)

I totally agree! Great starting point if you ask me. I have about $9000 on my P5.
Since blowing my tranny a few months back (pissed) I have been very unsure of my investments. Mainly the bang for your buck factor if you can get past the "It's a Neon thing". My next car when I start to invest money into it will be less focused on getting the power it should have been closer to in the first place and more focused on everything else. P5 Hiboost kit, Exhaust, Clutch, Motor Mounts... almost $5000 alone.

I think those numbers very a bit from mag to mag I have seen .90-.92 for some Speeds but skid pad g's aren't all there is to tell. The overall handling feel of the car is much more spot on in the MSP however; the Magic Turd can still turn half way decent.

someone mentioned the interior of the srt4 falling apart;its true my friends 2004 srt4 the dashboard`s paint is coming off.but the car is still fast. (gossip)
