I don't think it's really all that important, just tighten the hell out of them. Most torque wrenches probably don't even go high enough. I used a huge breaker bar to tighten them and have used impacts in the past, the bolts are big enough that you won't break them. Obviously the smaller 12mm head bolts don't need to be as tight.
