Torque Specs for rod bearings

Im looking for the torque specs for the rod bearings. My friend has a 2006 Mazda 3 2.3 and he needs to know what torque they need to be tightened to? Pls help.....

Yo I have an 04 mazda 3 and the torque specs are listed @ 19.2 ft. Lbs - 23.6 ft. Lbs. Yours shouldn't be much different.

These specs are for the connecting rod caps that cover the bearings

I think you are supposed to tighten the bolts an additional 85-95 degrees after the initail torque settings. 19.2-23.6 lb. ft. isn't enough to correctly stretch the bolts.
