I wish for you to be peeled, salted, and diven through the streets chased by mental patients weilding spiked boards.

That is all.

Yeah. I haven't had to change mine yet, but from looking at them, it looks pretty not fun. About how often are u supposed to change bulbs?

Usually round about the time they burn out...

I've had mine for 2.5 years and they're still good.

If the bulb no longer lights up you might want to schedule some time to change it in the near future.

I didn't have much trouble with mine. I just did them this weekend in the 30 degree weather.

Remove plug harness, remove black rubber boot.
If you look at the bulb carefully before taking them out you'll see the wire holding the bulb in place. This is a pressure fit wire that is merely hooked on the bottom side. The bottom wire has a "U" shaped bend in it. This is where you put your finger and push towards the front of the car and then down.
The bulb will pop loose and the wire swings out of the way. Remove bulb.
Remove black bulb holder, apply di-electric grease to fittings and reassemble new bulb into holder. Don't touch the glass of the bulb.

Then install in reverse of removal and put the rubber boot back on.
Reinstall wiring plug and turn on lights.

Easy. Took 10 min.

Urge to kill... fading... fading... fading - rising! Fading... fading... gone.

ive never in tried to change them. i never will. ever. those bulbs better be everlasting.

changing the bulbs=not easy.. stupid washer resiviour

My drivers side low beam burnt a couple of weeks ago. I really like the P5's low beams so I just went to the dealership.

I tried to put it in while I was there, but hadn't properly researched it. Well, that plus it was getting dark, it was snowing and the connector was being a bi*#%. I asked the lady as the service desk if a tech could give me a hand. He changed the bulb in no time and I was off. Didn't even charge me, though I would have been kinda disgruntled if he had...

Try the dealer out!

I am tired of hearing people whine about this. I changed mine a while ago and it was a piece of cake - ten times easier than doing ANYTHING on my RX-7.

I replaced my bulbs, adjusted the lights, and now I have a dark spot in the center of the iluminated area(where the silver center cap covers the bulb) so when I drive I can only see what is on the edges of the light, the center of the road is dark. Did I do something wrong or what?
