I'm not sure I even want to reply to you dude. There is a reason we do everything that we do. We are not making up these rules to be dictators or to be controling. We made these rules so that our members can have support from us and toward each other. We made these rules so other Mazda owners and the general public would be able to recognize us when we are at shows and meets, because we want those people to know they can come to us with questions and support. I don't think you realize since you've never actually met us what we are doing or how deep this rabbit hole goes. I can see that you personally are not going to be interested in this and probably neer will be...not a problem. I encourage the people who might still have some interest to PM or email another ProMazda member and just ask them what this is all about. For the most part our current members have all met us personally and its clear to see that where we have made our presence we have a strong following. I just looked and I don't see an email or a PM from you in my mailbox. I don't think any of our members would appreciate your last post knowing that you've made no true attempt to ask questions personally. I understand that you've PM'ed Mike and I'm sorry he hasn't gotten back to you, but right now we've been spending every waking hour managing what we have as well as work on our cars and our members cars. I would love to ask for your patience in this matter as I'm getting ready to release a newsletter over the forum that will be discussing most of the issues that have been brought up. I just need time to talk with all my regional presidents and make sure we are all on the same page. Please PM me if any of you need anything. I'll get back to you ASAP.

hahah jason, you try to prove a cop wrong with the cvc book on your phone hes gonna reach over and slap you, then slap you again with some handcuffs.

Lets not turn this into a flamewar please. Now we will continue to discuss this at Sevenstock. But if the bickering posts keep going then i will close this thread.

I understand what you are saying, I feel bad for judging Mike by just that last post. I like the idea of a group, a Mazda family. But I think your east coast air is different, maybe less smog  Cuz some of us(I'm not speking for every CA member here don't flame me) don't want the rules. Randy and I helped get the CA community together after I brought up the idea feeling jealous of the Team Rife meetings. Randy, Peter, and I kick it pretty normally now. Yes, it's only been like 1 and half weeks, but now Geoff came out to kick it on a tuesday night. Chris, Kyle, Matt, Romel come on sundays on a normal basis. I(me again, not every CA member or anyone of the names I've mentioned) feel we are going to be fine down here without dictatorship. Don't tell me it's not!!

I have read about people bitching about dues, they WILL be mandatory. I herad about fighting, it WILL NOT be tolerated. And I heard about not wearing the club shirts while at the meets, they WILL be worn.

Thats not a club, thats a cult. And what happens when one day we don't drive Mazdas? I'm sure us here in SD will still be friends, without paying dues or wearing the same shirt. I know all you MSP owners want M3s and I'm still chasing my dream of a 350z or the I5 turbo Volvo. I love my Mazda, but I'm not getting it tattooed on my arm. I already have a 4mm hole in my tounge I'll have to live with when I'm 50+. If I live that long, that is hide from you EC peeps that hate me now for that long.

So for everyone in ProMazda, I sincerly apologize if my thoughts offend you. Mike, I'm sorry for judging you, but your post had that "I am God" feel to it. If you don't like my thoughts, thats fine. I'm done, say what you want to say about me. I won't post about this again.

enough! We have already heard both sides. No more flames please. That is not constructive.

I still don't understand why there are all these rules and regulations. It sounds more like a second job, except I have to pay to be in it. Plus I hear a lot about supporting other members, yeah thats cool, but I don't need to have rules and regulations and dues to do that. It's kind of simple, either you down or you not.

Awesome man...feels good to have an understanding. I hope some day we will get to meet all you guys out there. I want to do HWY 9

I agree, we are already tyte knit down here. I don't need a dictatorship. The YOU WILL part was kind of blunt and kind of pissed me off. So I'll spell it out, I WON'T pay dues, but if its for something that needs funds like an event i'll donate what i can. I WON'T be wearing a mandantory shirt, I'll wear what I want. If I wear the shirt its because I think its a good shirt and I'll want to wear it. Mandantory meets, well damn, I'm not gonna lose my job just so I can be at a Mazda meet.
