I want to know what tire i should use for my car riding on 18"x7.5" Kazera KZ-A rims. i don't know much about tires so i'm kinda lost i believe a 215/45-18 tire size is correct for that rim(at least thats what tirerack told me). I want to spend 120 or less per tire. I have seen a bunch but i don't know whats good/whats not. someone please help.

damn you! you have my wheels. (bastard)
we have almos the same car now cause mine is a titanium gray as well from the same year but i dont have a spoiler.
To answer your question, i went with the Kumho ECSTA ASX 225/40/18. I paid 92 a piece, great tires IMO. I got them at tire rack, and yeah they recommend that size you mention but i wanted lower profile. The size i use does not affect the speedo so its ok.

I have the Kumho Ecsta ASX on my Protege and they are awesome. I know its not the same size but they were $77 a piece.

Another vote for the Ecsta ASX.

I wouldn't put a 215 tire on a 7.5" wide wheel, though. That's just asking for curb rash.

225 wont help you much either. blah

Every little bit helps. Personally, I'd go with 7.0" and 225 but since he already has the wheels, there's not much you can do.

definately do 225/40r18. That is very close to stock size too (24.9" diameter for stock, 25.1" for 225/40r18)

thanks for the help i really apriciate it. i think i will go with the kumho escta asx in 225/40-18. thanks again.

tirerack.com has lots of user reviews. I just got a set of BFG KDW-2's and they handle very well, only drawback is a bit of road noise.

Kumho Ecsta ASX is my vote as well. I love these tires. :) Mine are 225/45/17 on 5Zigen 5ZR Copse wheels 17 x 7.5
