So, i am in Northern VA. Any shops around here that do *real* tint (i.e. NOT the plastic film they stick on windows, i hate that)? I wasn't able to find any in a book... (uhm)

uh, last time i checked, REAL tint was a plastic film that is stuck on windows with glue(screwy)

i don't know what kind of tint you've seen other places, but its not like they dip your window in some magic water that stains the glass a certain shade.

you want real tint, home depot and lowes sells it, its called... wait let me check the name...i got it, its called... PAINT!!!!!!

I think he means like how the cars are tinted from the dealership except they are not tinted with film. The glass is polarized and that is insane and would probably be expensive as hell.

Thats mad loot, on ur sig, i take it thats ur car??, and if not, what are the signal bulbs.. Whats number are they, ???

Yeah that's my car in my sig, the bulbs are APC titanium bulbs they coated chrome so that they look clear when you see them through the lens I hated how the amber bulbs looked. They are #1157 bulbs and #7743 for the rear ones.

If you want a "real" tint, you have to get Mazda to completely replace your windows with polarized ones....that's freakin' expensive man! Ain't worth it. I've got a friend who had it done to his Mustang (for competition) and it cost him close to 2 Gs (omg)

Stick to the "fake" plastic! Seriously, just make sure you find a shop that does tinting regularly and professionally.

(screwy) ,I'm w/ everyone on this one.Real tint is the film that is stuck to ur windows and held by glue.If u don't believe me,then grab some paint!!

i've heard of some companies doing spray-tint. the OEM tinting is actually a film between 2 sheets of glass...good luck getting that.
