Timing Belt replacement 1.6 liter

I have a 1988 mercury tracer which I believe is similar to a mazda 323. I'm trying to replace the time belt + tensioner and I cannot find any diagrams, pictures, or instructions anywhere or any other information needed to do the replacement. I've gone as far as to take the old belt and old tensioner off and need any help I can get.
