Time for a new exhaust manifold?

Took the heat shield off the exhaust manifold to diagnose an exhaust leak and found hair line cracks in the manifold. Should I look into a replacement, or upgrade?

yes they r hard to find i still looking.. so im have to go with a t3-t4
