Well I have the same problem but mine is more of a tick. The tick is louder than just some noisy valves though. I pulled the valve cover and checked the clearances over the tappets and also did a compression check. Everything seems to be fine but the C/R is 210 on 1,2,3 and 4 which is a little on the high side. Im replacing the rod bearings tomorrow with the clevites that i bought from street unit. Hopefully the problem will be solved, otherwise I dunno what to do next...
