Throttle Body Issue (Pics)

i bought the screw and installed it. Car is idling perfectly and is running smoothly with no problems whatsoever

I have my MSP 2003.5 since new. I just got this same problem with the idle screw. Got the new one from the dealer today ($16) will try to install tomorrow morning. Wish me luck! At least I am not the only one that has experienced this problem.

What throttle bodies fit out MSP's? I have seen different letters stamped on them (which i assume is a model code) when i search the junkyards. My msp throttle body is stamped with "1G". But i have seen different alphabet letters on throttle bodies at the junkyard on 626's, non turbo protege's, etc. Are they all they same?

I touched the forbidden Throttle Adjustment Screw (TAS). Talk about a complete PITA!

Got in installed this morning. Supper easy. No problem adjusting RPM to 750-800.

All 2.0L proteges will for sure have the same TB, not sure about other models.
