thinking about painting roof and wing black??

I would paint the wing on the inside like the Evo wing is done. I am wanting to do what this car has.http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123668893

I like the idea of painting the inlet on the grill of the front bumper along with the V indention. Gives the car a more aggressive look. Give it some eyelids also and may look pretty good.

i'd suggest painting the bottom parts of the spoiler black too, or atleast photoshopping it to see what it looks like. im talkin about the part that atttaches to the trunk

Wow this thread is still around lol. Wow looking at the PS's this is still a possibility I forgot how good it looks. Great, thanks for bringing this back up lol But I am not sure if I would still do the wing or just leave it silver.

Do it! I painted my roof black last year. I think it looks good with a CF hood & trunk.

^^^ Can you post some pics? Due to some recent hail damage, my hood, trunklid and roof are all being replaced--the hood and trunklid with CF. I've been toying with the idea of having the roof painted black when it gets replaced, but I'm seriously on the fence... Also, did you have it painted just a plain gloss black, or did you go with a little metallic flake or grey to mesh with the CF better? Thanks in advance!

This is vinyl right? This thought had crossed my mind as well depending on price. There was a guy out here that had what I thought was a carbon over lay but found out it was vinyl and not actual carbon fiber. But you could have fooled me. It looked so real. It was not like the fake carbon print it actually looked weaved but they wanted 500$. What would this run through you?
