thinking about painting roof and wing black??

What do you guys think? I have been wanting to carbon overlay the roof but since I know absolutely no one who does carbon overlay I am thinking about just panting it black.

I think it looks sick!!!
that is very unique, and would look amazing.

Nice photo shop skillz, I think it would look great! I want to do the same but since i have a black car with a c/f hood/trunk and spoiler(abt to be installed) i can't figure out what to do besides a c/f roof overlay!

do you have someone out there that does it? maybe I should look a lil more into the carbon overlay out here cause thats really what I want but if I can't have it that way I am def going black paint on wing and roof. I keep looking at the photoshops and its really growing on me.

i agree, that looks very good. i can't quite tell -- is it a CF hood? either way it looks aggressive, a nice 2-tone job.

Yeah its a carbon hood. I'm just toying with the idea of painting the roof and middle of the wing black. So I am asking what people think. So come on guys let me know what you think good or bad I don't care.

if you'd really rather have CF on the hood/wing, im sure you could find somewhere online that sells sheets of CF print. May or may not find real cf, but it would look just the same if you adhere and cut it properly.

I always think this idea makes the car look like a taxi or a cop car. Besides, fake carbon fiber is kinda......fake?

The PS looks decent, but I do not like the partial-black wing, it looks like a partially-missing wing. But that's just me.

It's your car. Do what makes you happy!

I don't like the wingless look on my car but I saw a while back that SEibon makes a carbon wing very similar to the 03.5 wing might have to look into that but only if I can get the roof carbon as well.

I will say that the dark roof and dark spoiler center soften the visual blow from putting the CF hood and trunk (especially the trunk, yikes...) on a light colored car.

I'd say painting the hood & trunk silver to match your car would look best. Second best, I guess, is your solution as photoshopped. It is at least a consistent dark band going down the car.

I've already registered my opinion on the yellow headlights
