i wanted those wheels awhile ago but figured it'd be too much work to fit them on the pro. i love the polished lip w/ gold centers. they're made by volk. they look similar to the gram lights wheel lineup but the spokes are slightly wider. the rims are about $600-$650 a rim if the person you're getting it from charges you MSRP.

Those are made from a Magnesium alloy thus the disgusting price. I can only imagine that they weigh next to nothing.

I was actually considering getting the aluminum version of these in gunmetal for a while because I was looking for a wheel that would be truely unique to see on a Protege. However, after me and Allen tossed the idea around it was agreed that there was no way it was worth the risk to machine the wheels down to get an offset that would work on the Pro. (Especially when you consider these are listed for track use only.)

Oh well, hopefully the wheels I ended up ordering will be equally unique on the Pro.
