Well, I live in Hialeah (for those who don't know, it's a city within Miami-Dade county, next to Miami), and I do agree that MOST Miami people are foul, but, then again, I am a Miamian, and I sure don't consider myself foul. But you can definitely feel the difference in the ambiance when you drive north a few hours (or south to the Keys) and get off anywhere...people are MUCH nicer
