The Rental Car Blues...(aka: I hate the Ford Focus)

Well, it happened. Last monday to be exact. Some clown decided he needed to be in my lane while I was there and hit my front left door and fender. It caused minor body damage, no injuries.

But, the guy had no insurance, and the cops wouldn't show up because of a larger accident. So we were supposed to exchange information. Well, he had nothing to exchange.

Anyway, my insurance is fixing my car, and I get a rental. A Ford Focus sedan with automatic.

Now, I love my MP3. And after driving the Focus, I really love my MP3. The Focus just doesn't hold up.

Oh well, I could have had a Dodge Neon rental.(pukey)

my friend's Si HB was totalled by some lady who decided braking wasn't important and he got this gold sentra gxe. needless to say, he had it for a month and we ragged on it pretty hard. now another friend was hit and he has the SAME sentra. he's driving it even harder...

Could be worse, I had to deal with a Cavalier! Then i ruined the rental when I hit a deer! Bam good bye Cavalier, although it did hold up pretty well for nailing a full size buck at 60km/h or so

When my MP3 was in the shop I got a pontiac grand am..You may say,hey thats a nice rental NO WAY....It drank soo much freakin gas, and you had to drive it like a baby..If you got on the car in anyway the idle would be at a steady 2500-3000rpm until you shut it off:wtf: Its a GM so I didnt expect much from the car. I had to deal with this for almost 2weeks until I got my beloved MP3 back.
