OK, im really not trying to be a dick here, but why the hell are you looking to buy another set of wheels when just the other day you were talking about selling the car and getting out from the loan. it doesnt quite add up bud

haha because they look nice. and worth more. But I am keeping the ms3 because the family loan situation calmed down now that I showed some of them the plans to pay it off. So plans resumed with the speed as they were before. I still have to put it up for sale but I will just price it ridiculously so that there is no chance of a sell

If I could do the speed purchase all over again. I would buy a high mileage ms6 and use the money I saved to get a built motor and suspension goodies and be under what I paid for the ms3. As I am getting all that stuff done anyway it would be nice to have saved some cash

keep in mind the high mileage isnt just on the motor itself. ALL the bushings and bits under the car have seen that mileage too. and to replace all the suspension bushings is a time consuming PITA

I'm just focusing on maintenance and will upgrade if something needs replaced. On track to get my associates this summer, when I do I will get myself a spring/strut combo as a present to myself.

Gotcha. I mean ms6's are pretty pricey and to find a clean one is rare so go for it man. You've been looking way longer than I did. Hope everything goes good with it. I know that everything else has a million miles too (thats what I don't get about kids buying diesel trucks with 300k on them thinking it will be fine) but for the most part I have replaced the majority of my wear items with better parts. And #1 is having good success with his 150k ms6
