I love when a company contracts another to install a machine and that contracted company asks us for engineering help and parts even though they have their own engineering staff yet they STILL seem to mess up everything. They were given parts to use. Failed at welding them. Then decided they would come up with their own solution to fix it. Which doesn't work with our parts at all and we still have to fix their mistakes. The company that contracted this other will most likely not be doing business with them again if the phone conference we just had stands. HAHA. end rant
