The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

^^^ Yeah, that was posted in the "Aggressive Fitment Thread" and the slammed folks were getting off to it. IIRC the hub mounting points were actually cut and rewelded to the struts to obtain that degree of camber. I'm actually curious if that car is capable of turning...

Except the turtle is faster...

^^^ Bwahahaha! That turtle even looks like that poor Mazda. Oh those slammed kids...

And that is probably why I'm calling off work tomorrow. So morons don't slide into my car on the way to work in the morning.

Most of the main roads should be okay. By the time most of you are on your way to work they've salted the majority of the roads.

All roads that I drove on today EXCEPT Lindsey were wet only. Yesterday was much worse... as the BMW will tell you.

Agreed, 80 all the way into work today, no problem. Even blew by a cop around a blind corner - good thing he was playing solitaire on his computer.

LOL. Nice. I was doing like 65 only because the BMW hates going faster.

I do have the advantage of the Michelin X-Ice Winter tires, which are amazing. My wife has an AWD CRV and I think that the Speed3 with the X-Ice's does better than hers.

I have the disadvantage of an automatic 4 cylinder 3 series with 228k miles on it. An automatic Protege will walk on this thing...

It seems to me that nobody over here can drive the speed limit over here except for me. By the way the cop was probably playing some old school mouse trap.

it's the other people on the road that scare me more than the ice

Precisely. I stayed home today. I believed the media which was stupid. But I also don't want someone smashing into my beloved P5.

I planned ahead...I slept at my sister's house in her spare bedroom last night so I didn't have to drive in this weather. 5 minute drive to work...as opposed to 30 minutes, or 1 hour in crappy weather lol.

My car had to stay outside though. My car was literally frozen to the driveway, so I had to give it a little more gas just to move out of it lol

I only got to see about 3 roads, all of them were just wet
