I told my mom about the house idea and now my sister and her are trying to guilt me into moving to FL... yeah right! For some reason they had it in their heads that I was going to move down there when I got my s*** together

I know someone that could possibly buy some of those parts off of you too MSP for life here! After I get all the cf done to her it will be at the point of no turning back and alsmost a dedicated autoX/track/weekend car.

P.S. I have the money for those mounts too unless you want me to wait and buy other goodies off of you.

It wasn't bad at all in December, but I don't want to deal with tornados and s***. Also, I don't like how everything looks the same: sand, palm trees, strip mall, sand, palm tree, strip mall, etc

Besides, I'd have to run with Nasa SouthEast and depending on where I were to move, the closest track would be between 8 to 9 hours away... everything would become way more expensive

I found FL to be boring as crap. I was born there and haven't lived there since I was two but I've driven the legth of it several times. Flat, flat, flat...

Do they not run Daytona or Homestead? How far away would they be. Either way LOL @ basing your living location on the proximity to race tracks!

lulz... the southeast site has VIR, Road Atlanta, Carolina CMP and Roebling Road. There may be a different organization that uses Daytona and or Homestead, haven't looked into it. My sister is in Tampa, so she'd like me to be either there or in Orlando so Daytona would be close. My mom is in Palm Springs so Homestead would be closer.

Either way, I need to get my fix and autox alone won't cut it (shady)

If I were to move, it would be to be to the ATL area

It was nice when we went to The Mitty. Of course the other big thing is having to look for another job, I'm finally in a place I really like, learning a lot so I don't want to jeopardize that, even if I could potentially make more in FL.

Waiting for a call back from the mortgage guy. Looking at doing a streamline re-fi. Will only net us $60 in savings monthly but dropping from 4.5% to 3.25%!!!

Side note, I am no longer a Speed3 owner, just completed the sale over my lunch break. This is the first time I've sold/traded-in/gotten rid of a car that I really enjoyed/loved, so I'm much sadder than I had expected given the fact that I'm a couple days away from having a brand new car.
