The intermediate turbo upgrades

Are these worth the money? I'm not really willing to go to a full big turbo at this point...just don't want to sink that kind of money into the car. I was just wondering if the intermediate step is worth it (ie, reworked K04 from PG) because they are still a lot of money, and value is key these days. Just wondering if they make a large enough difference to be worth the $700 price tag.

Other current mods - FMIC, intake, turbo inlet, BPV, catless dp and mp, Cobb AP

I think it's worth it just for the fact that it steadies boost and makes it more uniform. No more crazy boost spikes and boost creep. K04s are better suited to cars like the 1.8T or 2.0 VWs with lower boost output. The K04 is damn near maxxed out on this car with the factory boost levels.
