the colors the ms3 should be available in...

okay, so i was having too much fun on nfs carbon....but here is the 3 colors i wish were available on the new ms3 (see attachments). the yellow isn't exactly the right hue, but definitely gives you an idea...

I agree... I definately wish Mazda had either white or Electric Blue available for NA market.

I'm kinda bummed with the color options also. Black doesn't accent the front end enough (looks like a regular Mazda3 from a distance), red is flat, and silver is bland. I wonder if they'll release more colors mid-year.

I really do hope they put in some new colors mid-year. Just like all of you, I was kinda disappointed with the selection we were given. I think right now, it would be between the laser blue~ish color and white for me. I remember seeing a white one in an article I was reading about the ms3 and instantly fell in love. it looks real nice on the car. I really love yellow (see my p5) but i guess I would just have to see it in person. Yellow doesn't fit every car...and since I've never seen a 3 in yellow, I can't be totally for sure it would look good.

I just got paint color upgrades in my game. I now have gloss, metallic and candy options, in all the colors of the rainbow. If you guys have any requests, just post it up and I'll try to get it up.

I wish there was a darker gray, like the tc flint mica, but not as sparkly, almost a graphite color.

Disappointed is the word. 4 of the most bland or boring colors... nothing special.
The article that had the white MS3 was from SCC, and that was a test mule/back up car.
Here are some pics of the 3 in Solar Yellow. The first, iirc, is from Australia.
Notice the i style grill.

When I bought mine, I was actually looking for a yellow one, but is was end of year and all that was left were ATX's w/leather, and I didn't want either. Plus, my wife HATES yellow cars, so that would've been a "no sale" there too.
I still threaten to have mine painted yellow when she gives me a hard time about something or other.
(lol)

see...that yellow just doesn't do it for me. it almost makes the car look more chubby than it already is. i'm with you on the whole flint mica color....or maybe even a titanium gray. i always loved that color on the msp's.

Yeah I think they tried to go bolder w/the 3 in yellow and it backfired. Shoulda' stayed w/the msp/P5 yellow (sunshine?)

And these are the colors you think Mazda should offer the MS in? (lol)
I especially like the pink... w/the green side reflectors and tails. (rlaugh) You can selectively correct them, if you wanted to take the time.

No Man, the red is pretty cool. Almost seems like a brighter version of copper red, or a cross between copper and velocity red. IMHO much better than the True Red they are offering.
It looks good w/the chrome trim on there too. An especially good color for that mod, IYAM.
