Texas Meet Info

Alright, here is what I need to know in order to set up what we could do. When would everybody like to have the meet? First and foremost.


I would like to set up a date closer to spring break, or even after the Universities let out in order to allow all of the participants to come out and participate. I don't feel like having anybody complain that they couldn't come out because it wasn't convenient due to school.

Id like March but theres major holidays there, so i picked April. Im not with the dates for when people are in school.

big chance i won't be in town for spring break, so right after finals will work best for me. i think james is gonna try to leave h-town for the summer though...

well since i work mon-fri now any weekend is good so long as it isn't right before i have a project due (mainly late april). but i wont be here during spring break (cali) and i dont plan on being here for the summer either (nyc or maybe back to europe). but i dont know when i would leave yet so i might be able to do soemthing in early may. just dont know yet.

well, just to let all of you kiddies know, I was kind of hoping that we could do May. . . early to mid May preferably. Thinking of setting up a whole weekend meet and not just a one day/night thing.

Also shooting for those dates so people could have enough time to save moolah and see about hitting up some contacts that I have in the Hotel business and sponsors as well.

May sounds like a good idea to me because by then baseball should be over, unless we go to playoffs, and the schoolwork should be winding down towards the end of the year.

Hey man, that sounds like an outstanding idea. One problem though. . . I work -- more or less -- from 9am till 9pm except Sundays. I can see us doing a mini meet here soon to talk amongst us, but I won't be in the MSP. I'll tell ya what, why don't we set that up for Friday after next (12/23) unless there wold be a problem with that. Say. . . Starbucks on Westheimer, or Hooters on Kirby?
