I love the look of the grill, I hope to duplicate it on my Silver '03 LX
What headlights are those?

Great job! Is that thing touchscreen?

I am a PC modder, and I got to keep my car modding cash in check, but I will for sure be doing a car-puter sometime soon.

Also like Ryan said, I think DFW will be a great area for a meet. Depending on the day we can go to Kennedale track 1/8 mile or maybe to Ennis 1/4 mile or even Texas Motorspeedway for a road course. We might not have a twisted road like Lime Creek or 1431, but we can definetely find something similar.
as far as roads go i know one from lewisville to denton thats very fun but its a little north of dallas. is the dfw area meet already set or are we still planning?

I wish they could come up to Oklahoma... hit Prue Rd, or hwy 20... super nice twisties..

Lawton would be nice for teh more up north people. We need more illinois people to come next time, dont let dexter drive so far with so little sleep.

I can quote jay and silent bob lines all night.
That was soo funny and he looked soo tired when he said it.

Dfw would be nice simply because there is a large number of people here, lots of houses and hotels, and lots to do too (lots of tracks, six flags, what ever sport season is in session, we could get game tickets, nightlife of deep ellum and greenville is like 6th street of austin), and you have 2 downtowns to choose from. SXSW was an original selling point of the austin meet even though we hardly hit SXSW.

We just need to find a good twisty road. I know its out there

Yeah, it was fun as hell! That was back when there wasn't much Protege rep in the DFW. Those roads are all north-east of the DFW area out where I never had been.

only thing is: Dallas traffic SUX!!! and you guys have a TON of horrible drivers over there. Don't get me wrong, we have our share as well, but there are fewer of them.

Lawton? eeeeww.... it takes longer to get there for me than it does to Dallas... suckage

twins!.jpg

w00t w00t, here is my and my girl in our shirts for all those who were curious... i dare say the cutest girl to hit the mazda protege scene since pirana.

oh ya-- thats my msp

Hahaha! You remember that picture of Pirana posing on his car at the car show at SpeedZone? (hah)

Pm elemental to hurry up and edit the damn thing, if he waits any longer i might steal from him and do it myself.
