Tein s-techs? same fit for hatch and sedan?

hey guys i just got tein s techs and was told they are the same springs, they would fit fine on my hatch even if theyre from a sedan. Is this okay?

chances are i would say no. i know the springs from a sedan protege and the p5 are different. so im guessing those would be different too cause of the weight difference but i could be wrong

no the spring rates are different between the two body styles. Yes they would fit "fine" but I think the back will sit lower due to the incorrect spring rate

i heard also that the weight distrubition difference between the hatch and sedan 04+ are very similar thats why it would be the same spring

04? 04+?.... yes the weight differences dictate the different spring rates.
