Tein S-Tech's (Before & After Pics)

Here's another view of unbolting the strut mounting bolts from the other side of the car.

Sean (another Sean! :D) working at the sway bar link. Jack both side of your car up when you work the sway bars... especially the front side or else it's just extra effort you have to fight with to get them back together after you put the Teins on.

Big hole after you take out the spring/strut....

Well, this served me very well... but I must go lower and look much better :D

Comparing the two... took the photo a bit early, but I did compare them both after removing the shocks.... not much of a difference in height.

Using the spring compressor to remove the OEM springs (this pic may be from the front).

This frustrated us a bit... had to remove the brake caliber out of the way to get that lower bolt out... one of those mechanics in Japan was in a hurry to get my car out of the factory!! :wtf:

Here's how the rear spring looks, but I think it wasn't bolted up yet. All of the Tein springs label faced towards the outside of the wheel gap after completion.

Front side... I like this picture a lot... it looks pretty..... :)

Here's a plug for my friends who helped me:

Sean's SpecV: Stock with Azenis (I think that's all)... he does extremely well in competition.

Ryan's SpecV: Intake, Kumho, JIC... smooth ride and also does well at each events. He also had his tranny fluid changed to Redline MT-90/MTL brand on the same day.... oh, also switched to Mobile 1 synthetic for the first time.

Robert's SE-R is already kicking butt under STS... this Hot Shot header just made him that much more lethal. This was installed on the same day my springs were installed. (thumb)

Arthur's Civic Si (Eibachs, Koni Yellows, header, blah blah... and probably a lot of other stuff I don't remember :D). I forgot to take a pic of his car before he had to leave early... but he has plenty of car photos to show off. :p

APEXistud, hope you don't mind me hijacking your thread like this!! I apologize ahead of time.... could not post all of this in one post... so had to break it up.... and didn't want to sit there trying to figure out the limit of each posts.... so one pic per post mostly.

looks good...I think I will be getting these soon enough....before I get wheels anywayz...because my theory is that cars look stupid when they get the wheels before lowering them...its much better to go in the other order lower...then wheels

Darryl I took pics of the 5Zigen FN-1RC in Black when we went to LA. Sean has them. I will post it today. That's the frikin wheel to get bro. Sick as hell.

They are in stock too.

5 Zigen FN-1RC

Hey Rishie-

What sizes are they available in? I heard they are a very good, inexpensive wheel. Some shop down here in LA has them advertised for $950 for a 17x7 w/tires. How much would you be able to get them for?

Thanks,

Jay
