supercharged p5

When I first installed it, I got 195 HP with boost 0.4 bar. I ,later on, replace manifold, mid, muffler, intake system, and also change AAI/Dastek unichip to Trust Greddy Emanage Gold (boost up to 0.5bar) I guess it's around 220 HP now.

Was it Unichip Q? Why'd you change to Gold? The Q can already run a 5th injector, from what I know.

tuner tuned a few times with Unichip, but it won't get smooth at all, such as unstable idle rpm. dat's why i decided to change to Greddy E-manage

just wondering....do you still have Powersteering and air conditioning with the AAI supercharger?

I modified the links. Thanks.
Yes, it's pulley clutched. I still have powersteering and air-conditioner

At the current exchange rate, that's about $2900. That's low enough to get me seriously tempted.

supergti, why is it clutched? Does it not kick in til a certain RPM?

Could a standalone EMS be used with this instead of the included program that isn't compatible with OBDII?

Acutally, it's kicked in all the time, but I guess it needs to let go when it reaches the maximum compressure.
I gave up using AAI DASTEK programmable computer cuz it made a lotta troubles, such as unstable idle RPM. Therefore, I changed it to Greddy Trust Emanage Gold programmable computer.
Here is Emanage computer

man, if i EVER won the lottery, i would buy that green P5 truck, then sell tickets for people on here to watch me BLOW IT UP! hahaha

I guess not. The stock strut tower bar got stuck of the height, so I spent time to find the one installed on my car.

Need to use gas with higher octane value, so I use 98 in order to avoid Detonation.

The reason the Unichip didn't work right with your idle is because you or your tuner tried to program too much fuel adjustment in closed-loop mode at low rpms.

We've found that as long as you leave that area alone or even just disconnect the O2 sensors, you will have no issues at all. Lots of turbo guys here running Dastek with no issues.

The Unichip will work on OBDII, but it'll be a painful, custom wiring job, trying to figure out how to make it work.
