sup guys i just recenlty bought my 2002 mp5 loving it i had some quick ?'s i bought some 18's for it so i would just need some springs for it what would u recommend probably like a 1 or 11/2 inch drop i have some 10000k hids on the way but what would be better the film over the foglights or the jdm yellow bulbs and would there be a place were i could order them i already have a system with 2 10's so im done there im not goin2 do anything 2 the motor since its an automatic and im coming from having 5 hondas and i know manual is the way2 go but this car isnt goin2 be for racing just crusing plus i might be selling my stock chrome wheels they came with kumho's i was just wondering what those go for price wise since im new2 mazdas would love2 hear some feedback and advice thanks heres a pic of it with the new wheels

welcome to the forums...about the yellow fogs, if you want to go with yellow lights, check out **********.com for luminic bulbs. there is a gb going on for those right now, you could save yourself 20% if you decide to go that route. if you want the fog overlays, check out rockblocker.com...they offer a wide variety of films for our cars. from headlight overlays to a whole front end protection kit.

also, use your period button next time! kinda makes things hard to read when you don't use it...especially with longer posts like your first one!

Howdy! Welcome to the forums. As p5 power stated, there is a GB going on right now. Click my sig. As far as dropping it with 18's, I am not sure the options, but there are a lot of people here who may be able to help.

You may have to roll the back fenders if you got an offset that has them out a lot. If so, Street Unit rents out a professional fender roller. Check out street unit for that, as well.

Rolling the fenders.....

I actually used a grinder at Beau's shop. I took my time and made the lip damn near flush with the rear fender on each side. I think it is easier than trying to roll the fender.

I need my endlinks because I dropped my ride with the K Sports.

Zup MMM? Love your new ride. Welcome to the forums. I'm not a fan of 18's, they look nice, but I like to have the room for suspension travel, but to each his own. As for the lights, I just picked up some Blue Rock Blockers and they work very well. A little color, a little protection, can't go wrong.

I've had my car for about a year, and I was thinking the same thin you were: oh it's an automatic, i'm not building a race car, but the motor just needs a little help. All you really need is an intake (ebay works just fine) and some exhaust, you've already got the rolling stock, so then you just need to tint it and pimp it. (thumb)

Thank you guys for your opinions. Sorry for the run-on sentences it was late and my gf was bothering me. Now I will gladly write like i was turning in a college essay.(< being sarcastic lol ) I do not mind the criticism at all. It is funny how you write things when your tired and after you had just taken some nyquil and it was taking affect. The tints and the dropping will take place soon, maybe in the next two weeks then the hid's at the end of the month, and i will post up new pics then im glad to be in the family.
