Hey guys i currently have cobb sri, hpt inlet pipe, and a forge bpv. Im gonna spend about 500-600 of my tax return on some new parts. Any suggestions?

i was thinking used cs or txs downpipe and custom 3 inch exhaust, or downpipe/springs. or short shifter and downpipe.. heck i dunno throw me some suggestions please best bang for the buck =)

Id go for an ap first and get that out of the way sso as you buy your next mods you have the ability to have a tune

I sell my body every night...I'm sexy. Getting my hookery on is how I take care of my fix when the mod bug bites ha

damn, i wish i was so lucky.....that would be like getting free car parts every week

Well if your considering a downpipe then warranty isn't an issue for you???

Anyway I would definately get a motor mount, test pipe. Then save for an intercooler or downpipe. Than tune her up.

Same advice I always give people: this car already has more power than it can handle. Do things to improve grip: Springs, sways, motor mount for wheel hop, new tires. I guess it depends on what you want to do with the extra performance, but a lower stance, stiffer springs, stickier tires and suppressed wheelhop issues will help you from a dig, in the twisties, improve your braking, and everywhere on the track.

I don't know how you can get more bang for the buck than that, but that's just me.

^^^truth has spoken. there's no need for more power if you're just gonna rock around like a boat.

Depends what the OP wants to do, If he just wants to roll race for now (like me - defeating lightings, oh the joy) more power now with the MM to control the wheel hop for when they say "Nah lets do 20" is good, then a tune to reap max benefits. But then if he decides he wants to join some Auto-X events like me, he can get some tires and suspension work for handling. Power now gives instant satisfaction, plus the downpipe and test pipe make the exhaust tone on our cars REALLY nice.

very true. i forgot, springs were one of my very first mods and it made a huge difference. took away the floaty feeling., most of the tq steer, helps power get the the ground. and being able to take sweeping turns at 80 plus. very fun.

just installed my MM and man does the tq really get to the ground now.

i have to change my suggestion. get springs, MM and tp.

i so ready to get new tires...hate these damn potenzas.

but im still hookering and no one can stop me ha

i have the trz mm sorry forgot to mention =D, anyways im thinkin dp/springs but ap would be nice to get out of the way. and to be able to rev till red line would be amazing. AP unlocks that right?

Not really. Nothing but a new turbo will unlock that. AP / downpipe / IC will "help" but its still better to shift earlier.

all right thanks. looks like its downpipe/springs for best power result and to help get some traction =D

totally agree.... how much more power could i put down in first or second?none, on factory wheels and rubber, thats for sure. maybe help it breath a bit better on the in side, and leave it at that. mounts etc. are probably going to feel like a performance upgrade, and wheels and suspension make a lot of sense on this car. i feel it's where this car needs the help more than the power side.

just my opinion.
