STX Thread?

I have some changes to my alignment.
I am now at about -3 degrees front and -1.5 rear camber. (was -2, -1.5)
1/16" toe-out in the front and 1/8" toe out in the rear. (was 0, 0)
I also dropped the rear of the car another 1/2 inch to get closer to level.

The car feels great and on my "test" onramp (60-65 mph, 270 degree corner) it is 5 mph faster than the previous set-up. The car would understeer before and now is very neutral. All 4 step out at the same time. I have an autocross and time trial this weekend. I'll post opinions after those events.

I am glad somebody else got some of the simliar results i got.

I lowered the front of my car further today so it is just barely tucking my 205/50 R15 Azenis. I put my car on the rack and pulled -3 degrees of camber each side on the front and left the rear at -2.6 degrees. Toe is 0 all around 36psi front 32psi rear. The rear sway has an extra hole drilled in it also.

Coming from -1.5 degrees up front the car feels a ton better. From the turn apex on the car feels alot gripier and rotates nicely without as much understeer as before. I need to add in a little positive toe up front because i feel like i lost a little turn in.

I have also been running around with Jeff's brake pad setup: Axxis Ultimates up front and C-tek semi metallics in the back. Car brakes great now definatly biased the brakes a little better but god i hate abs when i dont want it. I should get a better test of the car early in july sometime as i need to school my brothers car in a auto-x so i wont be running my HS ride at that point.

I noticed I said I'd post my thoughts. The car handled great. Still a tiny bit of understeer for some reason, but now I'm just being picky. The car was WAY better than it ever has been.

Shadow: pull out your ABS fuse. You'll thank me later.
