lift update: just got a call from Aric. He said that he and four other guys stood on the back of this tiny little forklift so that the guy could stear with the lift on it so they could get it off the truck. It's in though. stupid yellow freight.

Don't blame Yellow Freight; it's the supplier that should have had their s*** together to make the customer (Ken) happy.

Not really..... the supplier doesnt know the capabilities of the frieght handler. Yellow should have seen this and called the consignee (Ken) and asked if he had the abilitly to get this off the truck.... even better when Yellow picked this up they should have asked more questions about where it was going and what not. If they felt they could not handle it they should have refused to ship it. I have worked in frieght for years.... our company would have assesed the situation way before it was even in our hands.
