Stock vs Modded

I am thinking about going to mostly stock , getting rid of my brand new GT3076R only 4 mi , getting rid of my custom exhaust and what not , and only keeping the Corksport FMIC with the TMAI . What do yall think ??? Im getting tired of all these problems , (ie custome mapping , MPG out the ass in a bad way , and way to loud . So im thinking about getting a stock exhaust system , getting a stock turbo and what not this performance s*** is getting on my nerves and i miss the stock everything , the car was perfect before i started messing with it ............ 2 cents please i need it right now
 
you can do whatever you want, its your car, if anything just get the reworked turbo from protege garage.
 
the exhaust i would trade for stock , i would not sell it lol i dont know if that sounds good to you but i only trade for stock
 
So why was this posted in the appearance section?

Honestly it is up to you. My MS6 is my DD so it will only get bolt ons, and tuning. Don't plan to do anything that requires cracking the block open right now.

you know, I think most of us should be jelous of you. Some of us dream of the day where we would be "done" modding our cars. Most cars just need a subtle tweek to be very very good. the stock MS6 is a great performer. Ditch the turbo upgrade thats eating gas like a fat chick, dump the exhaust (or better yet, just get it tuned so it's not as loud). Do what YOU want to the car.

I'm kinda at the point where I just don't think my car needs a whole lot more. It runs great year round, sounds fantastic, gets great gas milage...so take some mods off, relax.
 
Me completely stock....except led and hd lip and i could not be happier! first car i have not screwed up sticking mods on!
 
Well, if the new turbo only has 4 miles on it, I am doubting the "MPG out the ass in a bad way ". Truth be told, you could prob expect better mileage out of the bigger turbo if you kept your right foot out of the boost.

But, good luck in whatever you do.
 
I think most of my mods are going to focus on either improving driveability (Motor mount, TWM shifter, clutch TSB, etc.) or reducing the stock bottlenecks and restrictions (intake, TIP, TMIC, BPV, etc.), but all will be pretty simple and hopefully nothing that will hurt what makes it so great stock. Just tweak a few places and make small improvements. This seems like the safest way to go for me, especially with a DD.
 
yay i have a shot gasket from my oil return line now . This is BS when i first took it into mazda they said that oh everythings fine , and now i have this oil gasket problem ??? HMMM Somthing sounds fishy

i will put up here everything i have for sale or trade for stock , tomorrow , i gotta get to bed for work in the morning lol
