stock jack & peices

just bought a stock jack & peices off ebay since it was missing from my car when i bought it. Does the black plastic cover just sit there? or is it suppose to snap in somewhere? Mine is just sitting there loose. Also where does item in pic #2 go? Anyone have trunk pics I can reference to?

I dunno about the box (my MP3 doesn't have one) but the lever clicks in on the right side of the trunk floor under the cover.
