Stiff shifting

this problem of mine just started like 2 days ago. my 1st and sometimes my 2nd gear can get really stiff. There are time when i'm rolling really slow and my 1st gear pop in with no problem. but on a complete stop it can get really stiff and i gotta giggle it a few times before it pops in. Can anyone help me out

Try bleeding the slave cylinder, if that doesn't help check your motor mounts to make sure they're not torn, if motor mounts are ok replace the shifter bushings on the trans

I bet it's torn passenger and front motor mounts.

My passenger being torn makes mine a pain, ill replace it one of these days

i had this problem after replacing my clutch master cylinder. I adjusted behind the clutch pedal and now its flawless.
