So I had to have my head rebuilt and a buddy of mine came over to help me pull it all apart. He pulled the throttle cable off and it got forgotten about. I got everything put back together and managed to somewhat get it running and it wont idle down. It seems like the throttle is sticking. Is there an easy way to fix this? And is there a reason the overflow tank should bubble?
