would there be any clearance issues with high comp pistons like the mazda oe pistons?

The PG folks can correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems as if they frequently sell high comp pistons regularly with the cams w/o issue. I don't believe the Arias or other high comp pistons otherwise domed to cause clearance issue, nor is the lift on the cams detrimentally high(er) [than OEM]

how "frequently" do they sell the cams? i thought they were only very recently available.

Even if the sample size were "one" of the same configuration, I'd imagine it enough to validate the clearance issues/concerns

yeah true - even if it does make the motor an "interference" engine - its no big deal.....unless you drop a timing belt. no valves are open on a cylinder when its piston is at the top.
