Stereo Question

As I have read in other threads, My MSP does experience light dimming when I'm cranking the stereo at night. I know this is due to the Amplifier pulling as much juice as it can in order to meet the volume demand, however, I want to add a capasitor to the system to compensate, again any warranty implications ? I feel that is easier than having the alternator wound up to kick out more amos.

No warrent implications at all. Just add a 1 farad, 1/2 aren't really worth the money. However the cap has to be as close as possible to the amp to make an impact.
