SRT driving around town, to a AutoX event, then tearing around the track and returning home.

Say, is Volk Racing a option on the SRT-4? Why was that shown in the video? I hear a BOV from the SRT -4 as well... False advertising if you ask me.

Hmm

First 1/8th mile means nothing, go to a real strip.
Second, the MSP will do a mid 15 second, at best 15.5 maybe 1-2 1/10s less.
The SRT/4 will crank out LOW 14's!
The WRX can do a 13.8 according to Car and driver but no one else got anywhere near that low. high 14s is the norm.

Motor Trend drove the MSP to a best of 14.9 in the 1320'.

Dodge is jealous that Honda's are street raced and that nobody is street racing Dodge cars, so that's probably why the came out with this lame ass video.

And no way it can take out a WRX byt that much.... bleh... the video blew.

I'm sorry but no matetr how fast you make the neon, I still have to deal with the rednecks at mopar to make it faster. SOrry but Mopar seems a little less of an enigma compared to say, the JDM world, or AutoEXE. I have my closeminded opinions, and one of them is, I don't want Mopar on my windshield. The other one... even tho it's a different trim line of a neon, it's still a neon. I would have been able to take them more seriously if they started off a totally new chassis/model.

oh btw, funny fact... the protege 5 "wagon" is 5 inches shorter than the neon.

Amen to that....lol and to end the disscusion. The WRX would take it off the line and then it would be occasionally even to 60mph, but after 60mph "then all the Wrx will be seeing is the SRT-4's taillights. Here just look at these proven fact #'s

also i think the MSP runs anywhere from 14.9-15.1 bone stock. Not that it matter's between these 2 car's, but just to get the #'s straight.
