"squeaking" or weird noise apparent while depressing gas pedal

So on my 2012 speed 3 with 2700k miles on it, a strange squeaking noise is apparent only when the clutch is engaged and the gas pedal is being depressed or let go. This only occurs when you give it gas or take your foot off of the pedal. So if I ease on the gas while the clutch is engaged, it sqeaks slowly, or if I quickly give it gas and let go, it squeaks more so. It seems to do it more when you give it gas quickly and let go. But heres the weird thing: If the clutch is not engaged, the noise is not apparent. It only squeaks when the car is moving and the pedal is being depressed. Put the clutch in and rev the engine, the noise is gone. I'm thinking it might be the piece of crap rear motor mount, but should I really hear any noises from it at 2700k? It sounds like I have a mouse under my freakin seat, squealing when I press the damn gas pedal! And I wd40'd the pedal and clutch and its obviously not that.

Any ideas? I know this sounds kinda weird, but it definitely did catch me of guard

this is odd my 2011 ms3 does not make these noises and have 3800 miles on her can you make a video of it and we can try to diagnose the issue together?

I wish I could record the noise, but it would definitely be pretty difficult to do so. Its kind of annoying, but its not that loud. I just noticed earlier tonight, that is is apparent when going over small bumps or whatnot. It seriously sounds like a squeaky spring, or a joint that needs to be lubed. I'll probably have to take it to the dealer....damn it.

The transmission motor mount. I have a 2010 Mazda 3 with a 6-speed manual transmission. The creaking noise was driving me absolutely nuts. The noise was loud in the low gets (1-3), but I also heard it a few times hitting bumps or pot holes. I knew it had nothing to do with the struts or clutch.
The first dealership could hear it, but really acted like I was full of crap. He told me to come back if it gets worse.
The second Mazda dealership listened to me (I told them to check the transmission MM), and replaced under the power train warranty. Not only is the noise gone, but the gears shift much easier and smoother than before.
