Anyone who is looking to get their Protege transmissions built, look no further.

SpeedCircuit has been building G15MR transmissions for 5 years with great success. From straight cut, needle roller bearing, double synchro PAR gears to Quaife and M-Factory diffs, we do it all.

If you're interested, let us know!

If you guys could get one of the companies to make a custom ratio 2nd and 5th for a reasonable price I would so be down to buy them from you guys I don't need it built by anyone else though. Not really into the straight cut gear idea.....Yet lol
However, a 2nd gear around a 2.1:1 ratio would be really nice and eliminate a lot of the dip the mazda suffers from when shifting from 1st to 2nd.

Curious as to the cost of one of these builds. What if I could ship you my factory one? looking to be able to hold 300 ft lbs of torque. idk even what the stock trans can hold safely, but I've heard bad things.

thanks

an LSD install isnt that hard. read up on the how to's. if your handy, dont be scared of the G series. its very straight forward. a LSD install usually only takes a few hours. i just installed my Mfactory lsd in my H series trans this past weekend. i installed the PAR 3rd and 4th dog gear's, and par bearing caps in cityracers G series along with his quaife lsd. but had to have a machine shop do the machine work for the bearing cups. and even did the PG LSD install in my 626.

idk its all a ways off. its just the engine is freshly rebuilt with forged internals ready for some serious boost but I've heard the trans is the weak link. I'm just getting a feel for whats out there and the prices.

tried looking for these on your site and couldnt find anything? depending on prices ill be in the market pretty soon unless its cheaper through mazda
