Spec clutch ok...but flywheel not.

Ok...so after about 2weeks of trying to figure out what the problem was we've nailed it down....Specs clutch is matched to the speed6 but the exedy flywheel and the mazda speed flywheel are not....they will not work on or car....100% positive. We will install the clutch the first week of October...then we will tune for the meth at the end of the month. (drive2)

Wow, thats dissapointing. So did y'all try to actually install both flywheels, or can you just tell by the design?

We compared all the stock parts with what we purchased and the only one that would match up with the stock stuff is the clutch....and they wouldnt work in combanation...like the spec clutch wouldn match with the mazdaspeed flywheel or the exedy...visually they looked different to...so were only using the spec clutch...its another one of those things were there advertising parts for the speed6 are interchangable with the 6i and the 3...and they are not.
