anyone know the speakers size on the front and back door? i have the 2007 sport model, i think it only have 4 speakers on the 4 doors, i check some websites the all show different sizes, some say 6x9 some say 6x8?? and 6.5.... what is the actual size? and how do i change them do i have to the the whole door apart to change them or i can just pop open the speaker cover somehow??

The Sport has 2 in the dash too. I think the door panels are one piece.
well metra says 6x8 front and rear for a 6- speaker set up
and 9' up front w/ 6.5 in rear for a 10 or 11 speaker set up.
crutchfield says 6x8 in front and rear doors
from a pic I have it seams the only differance are adapter plates.
I have an 07 sport and there are spots for 3.5's in dash (right, left and center) up to 9' in front doors, 6x8's in rear doors and 3.5's in the rear pillars
Most 6x8's, 6x9's, or 6.5's will fit front and rear doors easily.

I didn't know yours was a Sport, Envy. Everyone else here seems to have GT.
actually I had to go look, Mine is a touring. I knew I didnt have a gt for a few reasons... #1 was I hated the chrome door handles and wood grain trim, #2 was They were already going to have a hard time with install of music and alar cause Back then (Feb of 07) They had no wiring diagram for electrical and took a week just to do my alarm! LOL look at this pic...

thanks for the pictures, cx92envy, did you put in a after market alarm? so you have to carry 2 remotes now? i hate they make the door panel in 1 piece, i will wait until i get my led turn signal mirror, so i don't have to open it again. the dealer told me the factory keyless has an ic chip, without it i can't start the car, but last time i change the battery on the remote, i don't see any chip on the key side, unless it's very small, but i started the car with just the keyside remote was inside the house.

The chip is in the Key section, not the Remote section. You can separate the two and still start the car.
I do have a second remote for my alarm. They had to hide a key in my dash for it to work. I believe that was for the remote start tho. I actually just had a second key made and I start it with remote start and reg key works fine.
Besides I am sure they have other ways around this now. It is just when I did it there was no info on it.
