I was dropping my girlfriend off at home tonight when all of a sudden i start to hear this knocking noise coming from my engine. I lift the hood and i saw that one of my sparko wires(the smaller one) was loose. So i tried to push it back in but in just wouldnt pop back in. So i took out the wire then i checked my spark plug and the damn thing was broke. The golden end of my Bosch Platinum 4's was broken off into my sparko wires, i was like what the hell. So i took some pics, i am so mad right now, have any of you ever encountered this problem before and if you have what did you do about it?

when i took the wire out the golden part of the spark plug was stuck in the spark plug wire. When i tried to pull the gold part out of the spark plug, everything came out. i mean everything that was inside of the spark plug wire.

those plugs look a little worn for 3 months old???

i was gonna buy some sparcko wires, but after reading this, and other threads on them breaking, im having second thoughts.

LOL guys two ppl so far have actually had problesm witht he sparkco wires TWO out of like however many that hav esold like 200 or more sales, i have sparkco wires no problems at all. that my friend looks like a old sparkplug, get a new plug, and if your ripped the guts auta your sparko wires pulling that out then buy magnecor if ya so worried about it but im telling ya my sparkco wires have and are working fine so far :)

there is something seriously wrong with your engine... that spark plug does not look good at all..............

i dont understand, the spark plugs are about 5 or 6 months old, but the wires are about 2 or 3 months old. when i tried to take it out, i used needle nose pilars barely pulling at all so i wouldnt rip everything out, then all of a sudded not only the little golden piece of the spark plug came out but also the metal piece inside of the spark plug wire also came out.

can't speak from personal experiance but this is something alot of S-10 Xtremes are having with the plugs.

I have had the Sparko wires in for several months and I like them a lot and they were half the price of the Magnacor ones. I have heard some bad stories about them, but mine are doing fine.
