Sparkco Wires

I just got my Sparkco wires today and they came in a regular box in foam wrap with no instructions or anything. The wires themself look really nice but I"m really disappointed in how horribly they were packaged. Did anyone else get their wires like this?

Yeah, mine came like that too. I also had the little foam "peanuts" in there. I thought, "Oh well, they're just spark plug wires. I don't need instructions anyway."

Allen-

But I think they should have still been packaged alittle better then that. Or came with an invoice or something.

mine came with peanuts, and a complimentary air freshener since it took so long to ship, plus a sparkco catalogue thingy.

yep I got the same deal as alan...hey alan what does it smell like??? I can't figure it out...seems like apples and bubble gum

*goes to the bathroom to smell it*

i have a terrible sense of smell. i have no clue what it smells like either ;)

I got one of those too. I haven't used it yet though. At first I was like, wtf is this? ha ha

hey guys they are just spark plug wires. what do you expect them to be individually wrapped in shrinkwrap with a little bow on each one?

(rofl)

spark plug wires did not make a difference for anything in my car, except points at the show cause they match.

im not knocking people that buy them though, some people have said they noticed better idling, and gas milage, but i didnt. then again i installed them around the same time as my header and ive gone downhill since in gas milage.

yeah i have had them for a while, it idles a tad smoother, but other than that slight calmer idleing, nope nothing, just look amazing compared to the stock wires

get new grounding wires w/ the plug wires- as well as a plasma booster and plugs-now, theres a difference.

a new coil, alternator, and battery would help too.(thats a given'duh')

I got mine the same way. I have not noticed anything different yet, but I just put them on two days ago along with some copper plugs (NGK).

How do you even know? The human body can't even feel a gain in power until it's like around 6hp.

Everything adds up. Throw some different plugs in at the same time and it should help quite a bit. Mazda didn't even put colder plugs from the NA to Turbo Protegs. There are many little extra tuning things that can be done since Mazda did next to nothing when they added the turbo system.
