sp2.3 vs honda euro

Hi guys,
I am tossing up between honda euro-2.4liter 140kw/220nm vs sp2.3(115kw-203nm torque). The good thing is sp2.3(6speed) is around 70kg less.

I did some research on 0-100km/h time, but its very inconsistent.

Can some one tell me which car is quicker??0-100km/h time only.

eg sp2.3 6 speed is little quicker than 5 speed us model.

I'm actually a bit surprised that you'd be cross-shopping between the two cars. Here in the US, the TSX costs a full 50% more than the Mazda3 2.3.

Over there it's the plain old Honda Accord, right? The TSX over here is a premium brand that comes with all the goodies standard, while I'm guessing that Euro Accord there can be roughly equated to the US Accord we have here?

Word of advice. 99% of the people on here are American or Canadian and I'm guessing the vast majority of them don't understand how horsepower and torque is measured in Australia. I know I don't.

Yea we need the kiloWatt to HP conversion and the torque to neutonMeter conversion!(drunk) hell Im not even sure if that is what nM stands for... long time since I pulled the physics book out....

We use SI system (NEWTON METER)where as in US you use the"imperial system" the torque is measued in foot/m(i think).

The standard euro cost us 35000AS(australian dollars) drive away; the luxuday model=45000 where as the 323 sp2.3 6 speed(no more 5speed) with 31000(drive away).

I use the vehicle drive to work only, thereofore I picked the standard model only.
